Role:
This is an exclusive mandate for our Rocken partner! As an experienced Abacus Consultant, you are the key to the client’s success. With your expertise and know-how, you support our partner’s client in implementing and adapting the Abacus software and help optimise their business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Implementation, configuration, and adaptation of the Abacus software
- Consulting and training customers in the use of the software
- Analysing customer needs and developing individual solutions
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Collaboration with our sales team in preparing offers and acquiring customers
Qualifications:
- Completed training in human resources, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
- Professional experience as an Abacus Consultant or in a comparable position is an advantage; career changers are also welcome!
- Sound knowledge of the Abacus software
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Fluent German and/or English skills in spoken and written form
