What you can shape

• You create offers and contracts and accompany the entire administrative sales process.

• You reliably process customer enquiries and find suitable solutions together with the team.

• You administer and manage maintenance contracts and ensure a smooth process.

• You maintain the article master data as well as the CRM system and support with statistics and evaluations.

• You work closely with the sales manager and the sales team and support the joint success.

• You take on general administrative tasks such as correspondence and coordination activities in day-to-day business.

What sets you apart

• You have a technical basic education or are interested in security technology and digital solutions.

• Ideally, you have further training in the commercial field.

• You have experience dealing with customers and convince with your sales flair.

• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work confidently with digital tools.

• You work reliably, independently and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.

• You are a committed and sociable personality who enjoys working in a team.
