Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an internationally oriented company in the consumer goods sector with a strong market position and well-known branded products. The range includes specialised solutions for various household applications. Employees benefit from a dynamic environment with international interfaces as well as close collaboration with trading partners and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You handle customer enquiries and coordinate support in consultation with key account management.
You manage order processing from entry to complete delivery.
You monitor delivery dates and quantities in cooperation with internal and external parties.
You conduct ongoing correspondence with freight forwarders and international business partners.
You independently handle customs formalities and prepare the necessary export documents.
In case of complaints, you examine the situation, initiate credit notes and document the cases.
You clarify invoice discrepancies and support S&OP planning.
You actively participate in revising commercial processes and cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in order processing, sales administration or customer service.
Sound knowledge of customs clearance and international goods traffic processes.
Practical experience with ATLAS or comparable systems for customs and foreign trade processes.
Good user knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
Customer-oriented manner and clear communication in contact with various stakeholders.
Independent, precise working style as well as willingness to question and improve existing processes.
Very good German skills; French or Italian skills are an advantage.
