On behalf of our client, a Swiss banking institution, we are looking for a 50% IT Consultant, currently a student in computer science or business informatics. You will support the IT Operations team in updating business documents, tracking IT requests, and Microsoft Cloud projects.

The assignment will start as soon as possible and continue until 31 December 2026, with a possibility of extension in 2027.

Main Tasks

• Support the IT Operations team in editing and updating business documents.
• Edit and update forms in a dedicated tool, linked to the central banking system Finnova.
• Contribute to reducing the backlog of documents to be updated.
• Participate in the management and tracking of IT requests.
• Provide support to the team’s projects, notably the Microsoft Cloud Business App project.
• Collaborate with business teams and IT service members to ensure follow-up of needs and requests.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• Be a student at a university or a university of applied sciences in computer science or business informatics, such as a University of Applied Sciences (HEG).
• Have technical knowledge in IT, ideally in development.
• Possess basic knowledge of project management.
• Have completed at least one technical IT project and be able to present it during the interview.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate with business and IT teams.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud environment is an advantage.
• Residing in Switzerland is a prerequisite for this assignment.
• Be available at 50%, starting as soon as possible.
