The Center Management Glatt takes care of the most successful shopping centre in Switzerland with great passion and on behalf of the owner. With a small, efficient team, we ensure all services in the areas of centre management and marketing as well as technical, infrastructural and commercial building management around this property. Our customers are at the centre with the aim of offering our more than 9 million annual visitors a relaxed, varied and unique shopping experience.Employee: Müsliburg
Your tasks
- You welcome, supervise, care for and see off our little guests
- You maintain contact with the parents
- You collect the care fees
- You manage the electronic customer database
- You work very flexibly and according to the duty roster, increasingly also on Saturdays; in case of operational need, you also show increased commitment (e.g. during the Advent season)
Your profile
- You have experience with children aged between 3 and 8 years as well as in direct customer service
- You have a neat appearance and pleasant manners
- You speak very good German (Swiss German) and ideally can communicate orally in other languages
- You live the values of customer orientation in an international environment, communicating diplomatically and professionally
- You enjoy dealing with people as well as having sensitivity for the little guests
- You are committed, tolerant, a team player and resilient
