What you can contribute
- Represent the Head of the Department Secretariat of the II. Criminal Department
- Open and manage case files in all three official languages (including digitisation)
- Prepare and send judgements and orders
- Receive and respond to calls and enquiries from parties and authorities
- Prepare internal and public meetings
- Draft correspondence in German
What makes you unique
- A Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a merchant (a professional baccalaureate is an advantage) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a court or law firm
- Good social, organisational and leadership skills
- Resilience
- Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of French and/or Italian
