What you will achieve

• Creating product declarations based on Swiss and European food law
• Checking label templates "Good to Print"
• Professional responsibility, management and documentation for requirements in the label area.
• Review of new developments to ensure all information from a food law perspective
• Checking raw material data in the specifications
• Maintaining the database in the respective IT system for creating declarations and product specifications
• Participation in projects

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: Food sciences
• Professional experience: 3 - 5 years in food law
• Completed basic training as a food technologist and professional experience in quality management advantageous (or studies in food sciences ETH / FH)
• Very good IT skills, experience with SAP advantageous
• Good knowledge of food law
• Assertive, resilient and flexible
• German (C1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
