Office Manager at the Soil Competence Centre (KOBO)

What you will do here

• Ensure the efficient administrative, financial and personnel-related business processes of KOBO
• Manage the office independently to a large extent and provide business and organisational support to the KOBO management
• Contribute to the optimisation and further development of internal processes
• Organise meetings and events
• Prepare performance agreements for employees, provide individual training for new employees in administrative processes

What you ideally bring with you

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification, further training in finance and accounting
• Reliable, loyal personality with a high sense of responsibility and precise and efficient working style with a strong service mentality
• Willingness to take on a broad and varied range of tasks; strong communication skills, team-oriented, flexible and discreet
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP or comparable ERP systems are an advantage
• German or French as mother tongue and good knowledge of the other language; good English skills
