What you can contribute

• Design, manage and optimise finance, controlling and sourcing management processes in the ICT and cyber environment
• Create decision-relevant analyses, key figures and reports as well as prepare meaningful decision bases for management
• Develop and continuously improve the necessary instruments for financial and ICT planning as well as controlling of the areas
• Monitor ICT projects and investments regarding target achievement, profitability, deviations and forecasted benefits
• Help shape the financial development of the Cyber Command, identify optimisation potentials and drive strategic finance and controlling topics

What makes you unique

• You have a completed degree (FH/Uni) in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, mathematics, statistics or a comparable field
• You possess a high level of expertise in analysing and interpreting complex data, recognise correlations and derive well-founded forecasts, scenarios and decision bases. You have a pronounced quantitative and analytical mindset as well as solid knowledge in mathematics, statistics and probability theory
• You enjoy modelling complex issues, assessing risks and uncertainties, and preparing quantitative insights in an understandable way for management. You have very good Excel and Power BI skills
• You bring several years of experience in controlling – ideally in the ICT or technology environment
• You are familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and can apply it in practice
• You have good active knowledge of at least one other official language

In a nutshell

You will not find a classic controlling role with us. You help shape, contribute your ideas and drive topics of strategic importance for the Cyber Command. Together with motivated colleagues, you create the financial basis for forward-looking decisions and help actively shape the digital transformation of the Swiss Army. You think in networks, keep an overview even in complex situations and do not lose sight of the big picture. You tackle things, take responsibility and drive change with energy and conviction.
