What to expect

• Comprehensive administrative handling of all incoming work orders (tickets) from creation through assignment, tracking and reporting to invoicing
• Collecting data, information and documents
• Creating work reports and invoices
• Administrative tasks related to projects
• General support (customer notices, assistance with organising team events, etc.)

What you bring

• Completed training in commercial or office assistance
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Good PC skills and willingness to learn and use various internal tools
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, organised and service-oriented working style
• Impeccable reputation (criminal record and debt collection extract)
