For the Legal/Social/Corporate Management department at the Zurich office, we are looking for a dedicated individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Clerk PLKM / Legal Service 50-80%

(Joint National Commission in the Metal Industry)

Your tasks

• Competent support and advice for companies and employees in connection
• with the LGAV in all three national languages
• Survey of employment relationships and recording of the affiliated companies
• Timely completion of PLKM administration
• Processing of deposits
• Administrative support of PLKM meetings, minute-taking, etc.
• Support in managing addresses and corresponding changes
• Correspondence and administrative work related to the collective labour agreement
• Collaboration with external lawyers and authorities

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Reliable and solution-oriented personality
• Native German speaker
• Good French skills mandatory, Italian language skills advantageous
