Who will you be working with?

In your role, you will have personal contact with decision-makers of leading companies. You are an integral part of our sales team and coordinate collaboration with internal experts.

Your daily routine

After comprehensive training at the campus in Rothenburg, you will take responsibility for the following areas:

• One-to-one support of sales opportunities / prospects and acquisition of new customers
• Support throughout the entire sales phase
• Developing ready-to-close solution proposals (content-wise, commercially)
• Conducting presentations and contract negotiations
• Additional specialised tasks will be assigned to you within the sales team

Your background

To successfully perform this role, you bring the following:

• You are over 30 years old, have a solid basic education and have further specialised in computer science, either through courses or a relevant degree
• Experience in selling capital goods, ideally in the area of enterprise software, CRM and online shops
• Sound knowledge of the relevant target market in Switzerland as well as understanding of the specific requirements and challenges of the target companies
• Contact and communication skills in dealing with interlocutors from all areas and levels, both orally and in writing
• Native Swiss German speaker, additional languages such as French and English are an advantage
• Team spirit, ambition and perseverance to achieve closing targets in a likeable and natural manner
