Tasks- Independently performing the cooking tasks while adhering to the prescribed work procedures
- Responsible for the proper preparation of meals
- Ensuring the practical instruction of asylum seekers and the use of work utensils
- Conveying and checking work-related standards and values and the correct work equipment
- Complying with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP guidelines
- Checking incoming goods and ensuring proper food storage
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- HACCP theory and practical implementation
- Knowledge of proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
- Completed first aid course
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement or criminal records)
