• Independently performing the cooking tasks while adhering to the prescribed work procedures
• Responsible for the proper preparation of meals
• Ensuring the practical instruction of asylum seekers and the use of work utensils
• Conveying and checking work-related standards and values and the correct work equipment
• Complying with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP guidelines
• Checking incoming goods and ensuring proper food storage

• Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• HACCP theory and practical implementation
• Knowledge of proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
• Completed first aid course
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement or criminal records)
• German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
