Facility Services Coordinator (m/f/d) 100%

- You are the central hub for coordinating our facility services mandates and actively support the Facility Services Manager (FSM) as well as other managers
- You plan, coordinate and accompany projects in the facility services environment and ensure timely, efficient implementation
- You take on diverse administrative tasks and ensure structured processes in daily business
- You are the contact person for property managers, customers and external partners and coordinate appointments, regular meetings as well as ongoing communication
- You check, process and invoice invoices (including real estate, creditors) and manage reports, flat rates and additional services
- You support the onboarding of new employees as well as training, meetings and internal events

- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in a coordinating, administrative or operational role, preferably in the facility services or real estate environment
- Strong organisational talent with a structured, independent and reliable working style
- High communication skills, team orientation and a confident manner towards customers and partners
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment in working with various IT systems
- Driving licence category B
