Team Leader Technical & Projects 

Leadership | Technical Responsibility | Projects | Organisational Development 

For a demanding leadership role in the Basel region, we are seeking within the scope of a search mandate an experienced leader with technical construction understanding, leadership experience and a keen eye for functioning processes.

The position combines operational responsibility with leadership and development. You will take over an existing specialist team, coordinate demanding technical tasks and projects, and contribute to the continuous development of processes, working bases and quality standards.

Your role 

You lead your employees both professionally and personally and ensure reliable and qualitatively convincing service delivery together with the team.

In addition to the leadership role, you take responsibility for technically oriented topics and projects. You coordinate internal and external specialists, assess requirements and ensure a structured and timely implementation.

Another focus lies in the further development of the organisation. You question existing processes, create clear working bases and ensure that processes are documented transparently and continuously improved.

The focus is on: 

• Leading and developing a specialist department and its employees

• Managing technically and organisationally demanding tasks

• Leading and coordinating projects and people

• Collaboration with internal and external specialists

• Ensuring quality, deadlines and binding workflows

• Further development and digitalisation of processes and working bases

• Analysing improvement potentials and implementing suitable measures, technically and structurally

• Contributing to cross-functional professional and organisational topics

Your profile 

You have a (construction) technical, craft or comparable practice-oriented education and have developed professionally.

You bring several years of professional experience in a technically oriented environment as well as proven leadership experience. You are used to carrying responsibility for different topics simultaneously and driving projects forward together with various internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in quality or process management is an advantage. What matters is that you understand technical contexts, work in a structured way and not only recognise improvements but also implement them consistently.

You communicate clearly and reliably, can set priorities and keep an overview even with different demands. Very good German skills and confident use of digital working tools complete your profile.

The role 

You can expect a versatile and demanding leadership function combining technology, organisation, projects and process development. You can take responsibility in day-to-day operations and at the same time contribute to the further development of structures and working methods.
