What you achieve

• You lead the mechanical team both professionally and personally, develop your employees further, and promote a high-performing and appreciative team culture.
• You ensure the availability and operational safety of our production equipment and are responsible for planning and implementing maintenance, repair, and overhaul work.
• You prioritise malfunctions, support with complex technical challenges, and ensure a sustainable and future-oriented maintenance strategy.
• You initiate and lead optimisation and investment projects and continuously improve equipment performance.
• You are responsible for the economical use of resources, participate in budget and investment planning, and professionally manage external partners.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: In the area of mechanics as well as further training as a technician HF, maintenance specialist, process specialist, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in industrial maintenance and ideally leadership experience in a production environment.
• You convince with pronounced leadership and social skills, decisiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Sound knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and industrial production equipment; knowledge of SAP PM is an advantage.
• You approach challenges in a structured way, prioritise effectively, and develop sustainable solutions with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
