Administration and monitoring of a modern IT system environment
Processing and resolution of support and service requests
Technical support of Linux and Windows platforms
Participation in optimisation, renewal and infrastructure projects
Ensuring reliable and available IT services
Qualifications:
Practical experience with network, firewall, storage and virtualisation technologies
Training as an IT specialist EFZ, preferably with further education at HF level
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SAN and cloud solutions
Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality with technical understanding and enthusiasm for new topics
Fluent written and spoken German
