Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of mobile security infrastructures and conduct system migrations in complex IT environments. You develop detailed solution concepts, advise clients on mobile security, zero touch, migration, and app management, and independently coordinate your own client projects. You analyse technical issues, devise new solution approaches, and contribute your expertise to client inquiries, training, and technical support. With your analytical and service-oriented approach, you significantly contribute to the technical development and stable operation of mobile security solutions.
Responsibilities:
You translate requirements for mobile workplaces into technically sound and secure system architectures and implement them independently.
You are responsible for the technical integration of mobile management and security solutions into existing IT infrastructures and oversee corresponding migration projects.
You advise companies on the selection and implementation of suitable strategies for mobile security, device management, and application administration.
You create technical concepts, evaluate solution approaches, and develop individual extensions for complex requirements as needed.
You take on the planning and coordination of your projects and support users and specialist departments with your technical know-how, including through training sessions.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical education and ideally further training at a higher technical college or professional certificate level.
You bring several years of practical experience in IT projects as well as in the implementation and support of mobile IT solutions.
You are familiar with Microsoft Intune or comparable MDM platforms and know the specifics of the operating systems iOS, Android, and macOS.
You can analyse technical contexts, capture complex requirements in a structured manner, and develop actionable solutions from them.
You communicate fluently in German and English. Knowledge of French or Italian is welcome.
