In the civil registry offices, we accompany people through beautiful and difficult life situations. Births, weddings, paternity acknowledgements, deaths, marriage preparations, name declarations are just a few of the diverse tasks. We are looking for you!
Your tasks
- Frequent customer contacts alternate with demanding administrative work
- Correct certification of events along the life cycle from birth to death
- Serving and advising customers
- Conducting weddings
Your profile
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Federal specialist certificate as a civil registrar or willingness to complete a demanding, approximately three-year training
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Interest in administrative work and dealing with laws and directives
- High degree of independence and intercultural competence
- Bilingual German/French

You will be introduced to the secrets of civil registry matters by a lively and well-coordinated team and enjoy qualified multi-year further training up to the specialist certificate and beyond. Of course, we actively support you in further training. A varied working environment awaits you! We also warmly welcome already trained civil registrars with a federal specialist certificate.
Note: The salary calculation in the advertisement refers to the starting salary for civil registrars not yet trained. After successful completion of further training, a salary increase is planned.
