In this diverse role

• you manage and monitor interfaces and integrations between our applications and external systems, ensuring their stable operation
• you design, implement and optimise system integrations and automated data flows
• you support the connection of new applications and services and clarify technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders
• you document interfaces, data flows, dependencies and technical configurations
• you plan and coordinate deployments, releases and updates, ensuring that existing integrations continue to function reliably
• you identify optimisation potentials, drive improvements, maintain technical documentation and create knowledge articles

You will succeed here if

• you have experience in system integration, interface management or application management
• you possess solid knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration Suite, REST APIs and web services as well as a good understanding of HTTP, authentication and API communication
• you are familiar with monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces including log analysis and error handling
• ideally, you have knowledge of Kubernetes as well as modern web and enterprise applications
• you are familiar with ITIL processes such as incident and change management
• you are strong in communication, enjoy working with various departments and have completed training in the ICT field with a federal professional certificate
