Job Description

• Leadership and coordination of integrated facility management for production, logistics, and office areas.
• Ensuring high standards in safety, plant security, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Guaranteeing a modern and future-oriented plant and building standard to ensure business continuity.
• Responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and technical systems.
• Management and supervision of operational facility management.
• Coordination of construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Management of external service providers including contract management, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance monitoring.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as production, procurement, and finance.
• Main contact for authorities, insurance companies, and external partners.
• Leadership of CAPEX and investment-related facility projects.
• Promotion of innovations and implementation of future-oriented and cost-efficient solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support of crisis management and risk minimisation.
• Responsibility for planning, management, and control of facility and supply budgets.

Profile

• Completed degree in engineering (Bachelor or higher).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in facility management within a production environment.
• Sound knowledge in technical supply systems (utilities), infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in project management and managing external service providers.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
