Payroll Specialist / HR Administration (60%), Lindau/ZH

The association, with around 120 employees in Lindau, Lausanne, Bern and Cadenazzo, connects a wide range of actors through its agronomic and methodological expertise and implements courses, projects, publications and software in strong partnerships. With your expertise, you ensure that our employees can rely on accurate payroll and professional HR service month after month. You independently manage the payroll area. In operational HR, you work closely with our HR management and contribute where your know-how makes a difference.

These activities will inspire you

• Our payroll is in your hands – from monthly salary processing to year-end closing to statutory reports and evaluations.
• You ensure smooth processes in all matters relating to social insurance, HR administration and the employee lifecycle.
• You keep Abacus on track: You ensure high data quality, are responsible for time management, check working hours and expenses, and ensure clean closings.
• As a reliable contact person, you competently support employees, managers, as well as authorities and insurance companies in German and French.
• Together with HR management, you develop processes further, contribute to projects and ensure that our HR is efficiently and professionally positioned for the future.

What sets you apart

• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll and HR administration as well as sound knowledge of labour and social insurance law.
• Routine in handling Abacus, confident German and very good French skills.
• An independent, structured and precise way of working, combined with discretion, a sense of responsibility and a high standard of quality.
• You are reliable – even when more commitment is required, such as deputising for HR management or during busy periods.
