We are looking for an
Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the management of the operation according to business management principles, ensure sustainable success and bring in innovative ideas.
- With commitment, you lead, recruit, train and develop your team (approx. 9 people) and strengthen a motivating and positive work culture.
- You are responsible for administrative tasks such as accounting, budget control and personnel administration, keeping the operation organisationally on a successful course.
- You actively pitch in at the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business activity.
- You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships and strengthen the operation sustainably.
- Whether internal or external events, you organise and conduct them, create special experiences and ensure unforgettable moments.
- The working hours are self-determined and according to operational needs, usually between 06:00 and 15:00.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the gastronomy sector, preferably as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma or with a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you hold a G3 certificate as an operations manager and/or a hospitality licence.
- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role in a small or medium-sized gastronomy operation and have already gained leadership experience.
- As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning appearance as well as an organised and solution-oriented working style.
- You are IT-savvy and have good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams) as well as experience with calculation and inventory management systems.
- You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
- Additionally, you have business fluent English skills in spoken form and basic knowledge of French.
- A spotless record is required.
