IT Senior System Engineer & Client Support (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You accompany customer projects from A to Z - from the initial inquiry through conception to implementation, always in close coordination with the customer
You take on strategic IT consulting and actively shape the digital infrastructure of your customers
You plan and implement individual IT solutions in areas such as servers, cloud, IT security, networks, virtualisation, and storage
You carry out installations, configurations, and regular maintenance of systems, applications, and devices
You are the technical trusted person for your customers and ensure the ongoing operation
Qualifications:
You have a solid IT education with further training in system technology, ideally at higher vocational level
You bring broad know-how in IT infrastructure, such as in server environments, networks, cloud environments, IT security, storage, or scripting
You already have experience as a system engineer with comprehensive responsibility, either at a service provider or internally within a company
You are open to occasional on-site customer appointments - mainly in Eastern Switzerland
You have very good German skills (at least C2) as well as good English skills
