• Together with the sales management, you ensure that our customers not only shop but take away a fashion experience that inspires and excites.
• In the absence of the sales manager, you take over the personnel and organisational leadership of the department and create an environment where a culture of advice, style awareness and team spirit are lived.
• You advise the team in day-to-day business, promote tailored advice and contribute your strengths in visual merchandising and the staging of brand and style worlds.
• Performance tracking and KPI analysis. You keep an eye on the team’s performance to make strategic decisions that make us successful together.
• You manage processes efficiently, support events and administrative tasks – and ensure that digital tools are used smartly.
• You accompany new employees and trainees, showing leadership with heart and mind.

THIS IS WHAT SETS YOU APART

• You bring several years of professional and initial leadership experience in upscale fashion sales – ideally as deputy sales manager or team leader.
• Your foundation is a completed retail apprenticeship EFZ – supplemented by further training.
• You have a feel for trends, brands and styles – and know how to advise people in a tailored, authentic and enthusiastic manner.
• You work in a structured way, think entrepreneurially and actively promote the team.
• You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are a plus.
• You use digital applications with ease.
