Head of School / Site Manager Rapperswil, 80-100%

We are looking for a Head of School / Site Manager to join our team at the Rapperswil location from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the Care Team at the Rapperswil site
• Personnel management of teachers and lecturers
• Personnel planning
• Support for students
• Development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the proper conduct of courses and coordination of course starts, including introductory events
• Decision-making in the escalation of problems involving students
• Responsible for ensuring teachers and lecturers adhere to timetables
• Implementation of quality requirements from study management regarding course content
• Checking admissions as well as assessing promotions and forwarding the relevant information to the HSO Service Centre
• Participation in cross-site projects for process optimisation and further development of HSO quality
• Attendance at regional networking events & representation of HSO

Your profile:

• Tertiary-level qualification or equivalent
• Several years of qualified professional experience and initial leadership experience
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• System knowledge (MS Office products)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Structured working method
• Confident, polite and respectful behaviour in customer contact
• Strong social skills
