Your area of responsibility

• Adapting existing components to customer requirements
• Technical processing of complaints/error reports and improvement suggestions
• Technical support and advice for internal and external sales
• Development of constructive solutions, accompanying tests and preparation of the final solution for an optimal production process
• Constructive optimisations in the existing standard range
• Developing solutions that meet specific user needs and align with USM's philosophy and production competencies
• Participation in certifications and tenders
• Processing technical data, e.g. for virtual USM or manuals

Your profile

• Completed training as a designer, mechanic, toolmaker or similar
• German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Efficient handling of digital environments, CAD, Office, communication
• High technical understanding as well as attention to constructive detail
• Ability to independently and comprehensively clarify assigned tasks
• Flexible, precise and structured thinking and acting
• Quick comprehension
• Pragmatic working based on technical fundamentals
• Great perseverance in finding the optimal solution
• Creative, team-oriented and curious personality
• Enjoyment of our products and "out of the box" topics
