Your area of responsibility

• As the first point of contact of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital, you look after internal and external customers, recognise their concerns and contribute to efficient problem solving
• You answer incoming telephone calls, handle them professionally and forward them to the responsible departments. This also includes working at weekends
• The coordination and alerting of on-call services as well as other internal contacts is part of your varied range of tasks
• You support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth process in day-to-day business

Your experience

• You have very good language skills and communicate confidently and appreciatively with people from different cultural backgrounds
• You are willing to work irregular hours as well as weekend and night shifts
• You have good MS Office skills and enjoy working with technical systems and monitoring devices
• Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview, set priorities and act in a solution-oriented and efficient manner
