We are S+M Architects Ltd – a versatile architectural firm with 20 employees. Our office is located in the creative and commercial centre "Noerd" in Zurich-Oerlikon.

For the succession of our long-standing employee, we are looking for a committed, independent individual who enjoys organising, keeping an overview, and taking pleasure in assuming responsibility.

Your tasks

General office organisation, correspondence, telephone, minutes and ordersPreparation of fee invoices and other billingTimely management of construction administration and construction accounting with MesserliPreparation and processing of contracts for work, amendments and payment instructionsAdministrative support for our project and construction managersOrganisational and administrative support for management

Perspective:
Personnel administration with employment contracts, payroll, social insurance and time recording as well as taking on further tasks to relieve management

What you bring

Completed commercial training and professional experienceIdeally experience in an architecture, engineering or construction companyVery good MS Office skills; Messerli knowledge is an advantageEnjoyment of numbers, organisation and structured workIndependence, reliability, discretion and a sense of responsibilityA communicative, straightforward personality with a good sense for peopleInterest in professional development, proactive thinking and taking on additional responsibility
