Technical Security Consultant (m/f/d)

Role:
You are an enthusiastic personality with a great interest in supporting and analysing and want to contribute to the connected security of people and buildings. In this role, you take responsibility for the second level of support and work in system engineering for security applications. You bring your skills and experience to solve complex problems and develop solutions. Your goal is to ensure the safety of people and buildings while continuously improving your own skills. You are looking for a challenge where you can apply your passion for technology and security.
Responsibilities:
You support sales teams, project managers, and installation experts as a competent specialist for networked surveillance and hazard management systems.
You investigate new technologies, test suitable components, and prepare their use in customised overall solutions.
You define technical processes, keep system information up to date, and document operating procedures for products and services.
You collaborate with product management and specialised support units to further develop solutions and sustainably resolve malfunctions.
You design internal knowledge events and enable colleagues to competently explain and use technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Professional qualification as an IT specialist EFZ; additional qualifications in ICT infrastructure, platform operation, or comparable fields are welcome.
Proven practical know-how in configuring and maintaining workstation systems as well as integrating various IT components.
Confident handling of Microsoft environments and understanding of the interrelations between operating systems, services, and applications.
Analytical approach, high independence and reliability, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Communicative, proactive personality with a strong service mindset; very good French and German as well as ideally English skills.
