Project Manager Digital Transformation 80-100%
Exciting tasks await:
- You lead projects and subprojects in the areas of Digital Transformation, Change Management, Process Management and Quality Management.
- You accompany and coordinate the Community of Practice Digital Transformation of the State Chancellery and promote professional exchange within the network.
- You work closely with the Head of Digital / CDO State Chancellery and the Digital Officers of the departments of the State Chancellery and support them in digital initiatives and change processes.
- You develop and accompany formats in innovation management and moderate workshops, working groups and participatory processes.
- You support the further development of digital solutions, methods and structures in the State Chancellery and bring impulses for a future-oriented administration.
What you bring:
- You have a university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in business administration, administrative science, organisational development, digitalisation or business informatics.
- You bring experience in project management (preferably in the public sector) as well as sound knowledge in change, process, quality or innovation management and workshop moderation.
- You can express yourself clearly and convincingly in writing and verbally and address different stakeholders appropriately.
- You work independently, take responsibility, think in networks and enjoy accompanying people in change processes.
- You like to take on a role model function, are not easily unsettled and don’t go into hiding when it comes to laughter.

The State Chancellery supports and advises the entire government council. It plans, organises and coordinates government processes comprehensively, i.e. including all operational, communicative, legal and strategic issues.
