Your field of activity
- Overall responsibility for the Rhyvage at DASBREITEHOTEL including budget responsibility with sales and cost control
- Leading the service team in collaboration with the back office and the head chef
- Operational organisation, planning and execution of daily tasks, catering/banquets and sales-promoting measures
- Responsible for compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Educational work with clients
Your profile
- Experience in a managerial role in gastronomy/hotellerie
- Training in gastronomy or hotellerie (higher vocational training advantageous)
- Leadership skills with natural authority and pronounced team spirit
- Very high service and quality orientation
- Business understanding and knowledge in catering marketing
- Resilient, solution-oriented and calm even when it gets hectic
- Fluent German skills, very good spoken English skills and additional languages a plus
- Digital affinity (reservation, quotation and cash register systems)
