For our Spirgarten Residence in Zurich, we are looking for an employee for operations and building maintenance 100% immediately or by arrangement.
The Spirgarten Residence is a residence of the Atlas Foundation. It was built according to the plans of Miller & Maranta. The residence is located in the heart of Zurich-Altstetten, directly at Lindenplatz. It has 68 apartments and a care department with 18 single rooms.

Your area of responsibility

• Special cleaning in cooperation with the Head of Operations and Building Maintenance
• Participation in the daily business of the Technology & Security department
• Proper operation and maintenance of equipment and materials
• Ensuring hygiene and cost-effectiveness of the department
• Compliance with all valid work guidelines and processes

You bring with you

• Training as an electrician, industrial mechanic, building maintenance specialist EFZ or similar
• Proven professional experience in a comparable role in an upscale, hotel-like operation
• Solid (building) technology and IT skills

You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder. You have an efficient working style and a high quality standard regarding building technology, safety, and order. A sense of duty and a pronounced service mentality also characterise you. Thanks to your pleasant manner, you maintain good contact with the residents.
