• Implementation of demanding customer projects with the latest workplace solutions focusing on software packaging and distribution
• Consulting, design, implementation, testing, documentation of workplace solutions for SME and enterprise customers
• Participation in 3rd level support and cross-team support in projects
• Support as a specialist for our pre-sales and sales teams in creating offers, conducting workshops, and marketing activities
• Development of standards, services, and further innovations within the competence centre, product management, and service factory
• Conducting workshops at the customer site

• Completed training as a system technician EFZ (or equivalent IT training)
• Several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably at an IT service provider
• Very good knowledge of Intune, PowerShell, and packaging with ADT
• Good knowledge of M365, Windows clients, and software distribution
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions
• Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
• Ambitious and team-oriented personality with high initiative as well as an independent and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of working in the IT service provider environment with associated customer contact and travel activity
