Customer support & sales

• Managing a portfolio of medium-sized corporate clients
• Advising on our entire range - from products to services to individual solutions
• Creating and following up on offers
• Requesting purchase prices from manufacturers and suppliers as well as price negotiations depending on the situation
• Calculating sales prices and sending offers to customers
• Active use & active maintenance of ERP and CRM

Team support & coordination

• Supporting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Close collaboration with internal project teams to successfully implement customer projects

• Initial experience in sales or a strong motivation to develop further in this area
• Initial experience in the IT industry
• Enjoyment of customer contact and solution-oriented consulting
• Structured and reliable working style
