About the job
Project Manager: Strategic HR Projects – Fixed Term 2 Years
This is your contribution
As a public service media company, we are undergoing profound change. Our corporate culture is a crucial lever for implementing our strategy. You report directly to the Head of Personnel and Culture Development and are responsible for the overarching coordination and management of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects within the framework of culture development. This cross-departmental role without leadership responsibility is based on your ability to influence across language, regional and professional boundaries, mobilise people and coordinate activities.
- Management of a strategic project portfolio: independently plan, coordinate and lead several projects for cultural transformation; ensure collaboration between departments, regions and language regions and drive the implementation of agreed measures and milestones
- Diagnosis and data-driven management: conduct stakeholder and impact analyses, evaluate culture diagnoses and employee surveys to derive recommendations and measure progress
This is what excites us
- Master’s degree in social sciences, organisational psychology, business administration or a comparable field; additional training in change management or organisational development is an advantage
- Several years of experience in change management and cultural transformation, ideally both in consulting and in a company, including comprehensive reorganisations
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-departmental culture initiatives and projects as well as collaborating with executives
- Confident handling of diagnostic methods (impact analyses, surveys, culture diagnoses) and a data-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to bring people together and drive projects without hierarchical authority: diplomacy, political acumen and persistence
- Excellent German and French skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Sensitivity to the challenges of a multilingual environment and a public service institution
This is what excites you
- A strategic role at the centre of a transformation affecting the entire company
- Great autonomy and direct access to relevant stakeholders
- Progressive employment conditions and training opportunities
- A multilingual environment and a meaningful task for Swiss society
