About the job

We are a small 14-year-old development office focusing on multi-family houses in residential and core zones. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independent individual to actively contribute to our projects from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

• Preparation of feasibility studies
• Optimisation of floor plans and building concepts
• Support with building submissions
• Coordination of specialist planners and partners
• Execution and detailed planning
• Creation of visualisations 

• Training as an architect FH/ETH or equivalent
• Experience in planning multi-family houses
• Experience with building submissions and Swiss building regulations, SIA, VSS standards
• Very good Archicad 28 skills as well as 3D planning
• Enjoyment of responsibility
