You combine technical understanding with organisational talent and service orientation? As a property manager, you ensure safe and smooth building operations, coordinate facility and workplace services, and guarantee high service quality as well as a positive user experience. You are the central interface between customers, internal teams, and external service providers.
What to expect
- Support with FM requests from employees, R&D teams, and event organisers
- Monitoring and processing of tickets as well as maintenance of CAFM systems and asset data
- Conducting building inspections to ensure condition, safety, and user satisfaction
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, craftsmen, landlords, and external service providers
- Organisation of room, access, and parking management as well as coordination of internal moves
- Handling logistics including orders, goods receipt, shipping, and inventory management
- Development and implementation of facility management concepts in the areas of cleaning, waste management, and event support
- Support with occupational safety measures as well as reporting of FM key figures and close cooperation with technical property management and facility services management
What you bring
- Completed technical, commercial, or FM-specific training
- Several years of professional experience in facility, property, or building management
- Experience in coordinating service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as well as in operational order and measure tracking
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- High digital affinity and confident handling of macOS, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems; FM/CAFM knowledge is an advantage
- Organisational talent and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High customer and service orientation with a strong quality awareness
- Proactive, reliable, and communicative personality with initiative and a sense of responsibility
