careköniz AG operates in the health and care sector and offers services for elderly as well as care-dependent and assisted people. careköniz includes SPITEX Region Köniz with around 800 clients and the Lilienweg Retirement Home with 138 places. On 1 January 2025, careköniz was formed from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 staff. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent person as an HR specialist.

These are your main tasks

• Administrative support of the entire Employee Life Cycle – from recruitment through entry and ongoing personnel administration to exit
• Support in the recruitment process (publication of job advertisements, appointment coordination, correspondence with applicants)
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmations and other HR documents
• Maintenance and management of personnel data as well as digital personnel files
• Assistance with the month-end closing in Polypoint PEP and other administrative HR tasks
• Contact person for employees and managers on administrative HR questions
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of HR processes
• Administrative handling of accidents and long-term absences

These qualities distinguish you

• Basic training in the commercial sector or in care
• Certificate as an HR Assistant
• Initial professional experience in HR administration is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• High service orientation as well as discretion in handling confidential data
• Enjoyment of working in a small team
• Native German speaker, confident oral and written expression
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Polypoint PEP is an advantage
