For the Head of Care, Education and Social Services, a member of the Executive Board, we are seeking a committed assistant from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. In this versatile key role, you will support the department head in organisational, administrative and coordinative tasks and help ensure that the various specialist areas are optimally networked and supported. • Personal assistant to the Head of Care, Education and Social Services
• First point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the Head of Care, Education and Social Services
• Agenda management and appointment coordination
• Organisational and content preparation and design of meetings, workshops and retreats, in collaboration with the Head of Care, Education and Social Services
• Minute taking
• Management of staffing plan / personnel administration
• Control tasks for personnel deployment planning
• Organisational and administrative secretarial tasks and document management
• Preparation of key figures (e.g. to monitor budget targets)
• Organisation of staff events for the department
• Project management assistance, as well as participation in cross-departmental project groups
• Holiday cover for the CEO assistant

• Completed commercial training EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training as an executive assistant is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365
• Good user knowledge of AI tools (Co-Pilot)
• Strong service orientation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proven knowledge in project management
• Independent and self-reliant working style
• Native German speaker or very good German language skills
