What you can contribute
- Plan, commission and monitor existing network infrastructures and services within the framework of the Leadership Network Switzerland and the Security Network Switzerland
- Create and update network documentation and concepts taking into account the needs of the Cyber Command
- Support and advise the network operator or its customers regarding current and future capabilities of the Swiss Army's network infrastructures
- Accept, record and classify all incoming incidents and service requests related to optimal security measures in the ticketing system
- Create detailed documentation of requirement catalogues (e.g. KPIs)
What makes you unique
- Advanced vocational training in IT with functionally relevant professional experience or vocational qualification as an IT specialist
- Ideally training and work experience in the telecommunications environment
- Experience in operating and providing network services as well as good knowledge of telecommunications technologies is an advantage, additional IT expertise
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Strong logical-abstract and analytical thinking skills as well as a quick grasp
- Willingness to take responsibility, combined with forward-looking thinking and acting.
