The Outpatient Medical and Psychiatric Nursing Central Switzerland Ltd (AKPZ) is a dedicated outpatient nursing service specialising in psychiatric care and support. We accompany people in the cantons of Zug and Schwyz in their familiar homes and support them in maintaining their independence, stability, and quality of life.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF (20–100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Outpatient psychiatric nursing and care of patients in their home environment
- Key worker role and independent case management
- Conducting needs assessments as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors, authorities, and other professionals
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF with a focus on psychiatry
- Ideally at least two years of professional experience in a psychiatric clinic
- Enjoyment of outpatient psychiatric nursing, independent, reliable working style
- Driving licence category B
