The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.

The daycare centre Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months old. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness and/or behavioural difficulties.

These are your tasks

• You care for, accompany and support children aged 2 years and older.
• You support the children in their development and in achieving their support goals.
• You take on demanding nursing tasks under supervision.
• You participate in meetings, parent events and internal training sessions.

What you bring with you

• You are a trained specialist caregiver (specialising in children or people with disabilities) or hold a diploma as a specialist for people on the autism spectrum.
• Experience working with children/adults with ASD.
• Interest in working with children with very diverse needs.
• High team spirit and the willingness to contribute beyond the group.
