ServiceNow Platform Developer & Administrator (m/f/d)

You develop and implement stories based on operational requirements and projects.
You design workflows and integrations and work closely with internal specialist teams as well as customers.
You are responsible for the secure and reliable operation of the ServiceNow on-premise platform including upgrades, clones and further developments.
You support ServiceNow users in 2nd and 3rd level support.
You work closely with implementation partners on larger projects.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development as well as ideally a solid IT education and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA.
You are familiar with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM/Discovery, REST, LDAP, SSO, MID Server as well as Flow Designer and workflows.
You bring solid JavaScript skills; Bash, PowerShell and SQL are advantageous.
Experience with cloud migrations (SaaS) as well as Ansible, Terraform, Microsoft Azure or MariaDB is a plus.
You work customer-oriented, independently and responsibly, are a team player and eager to learn; you have excellent written and spoken German skills.
