About the job
The role is responsible for the conception, implementation and continuous improvement of awareness measures in the field of information security. A special focus is on the effective communication of security risks and the development of a sustainable security culture.To strengthen the team at the Zurich Airport location (The Circle) or St. Gallen, with the possibility to work partially from home, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled and communicative personality as Cyber Security Awareness Specialist (m/f/d).

What can you expect?
- Participation in the company-wide Cyber Security Awareness strategy and development of modern learning formats (e-learning, workshops, microlearning, campaigns)
- Planning and conducting training sessions as well as phishing simulations (online & on-site)
- Development of a clear security communication strategy, creation of target group-oriented communication and awareness measures as well as internal communication channels
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of awareness activities
- Collaboration with IT security, HR, compliance and communication as well as advising and supporting departments on regulatory requirements
What do you bring?
- Completed studies in computer science, marketing, communication or business administration
- Good analytical and conceptual skills, good presentation abilities as well as curiosity for new topics
- Strong communication skills to present complex content simply and appropriately for the target group
- Very good German language skills are required, additional language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
