Senior Project Manager Developments and Construction 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- Leading development and construction projects as project manager/process manager client, primarily for the non-delegable client tasks, focusing on large projects with an investment volume of around CHF 30 - 160 million.
- Developing project definitions, specifications for requirement documents, and credit applications for the management, the real estate commission, and the board of directors.
- Preparing and ensuring all necessary contracts and participating in negotiations in collaboration with internal specialist departments.
- Conducting potential analyses and economic assessments.
- Setting up competitions and study assignments including participation in juries.
- Evaluating and awarding contracts as well as managing external contractors.
- Ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets as well as smooth handover to operations; coordinating all relevant project contents with internal specialist departments.
- Supporting portfolio and asset management in defining property strategies and their planning.
- Participating in the acquisition of new projects, including due diligence.
- Completed studies as an architect ETH/FH or a comparable qualification with further education in real estate management.
- Several years of experience in real estate development and management of construction projects in Switzerland in the total service provider, general contractor, or individual service provider model, ideally in non-profit housing.
- Strong interest in non-profit housing and socially relevant projects.
- Affinity for sustainable construction concepts and innovative development strategies.
- Motivating, strategic, and solution-oriented working style.
- Negotiation skills as well as a confident and assured manner.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Very good oral and written German skills.
