About the job
The three Lätten schools in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen and Buechwis in Benglen, which are located in the three village parts of the municipality, together form the Fällanden school. Around 250 teachers and staff teach and care for over 1,200 pupils at our schools.
Lätten: School Special Needs Educator
At the start of the 2026/2027 school year, we are looking for a school special needs educator for our pupils at the Lätten school in Fällanden

Workload: 15 teaching hours
Class: 2 teaching hours IF kindergarten (one class), 4 IF & 4 ISR in a 1st class
as well as 3 teaching hours IF & 2 teaching hours ISR in a 6th class
Timetable: in consultation with the school management
In the heart of the Fällanden village part, right next to the Zwicky factory and nestled in the beautiful landscape near Lake Greifen, lies the Lätten school, the largest of three primary schools in the municipality of Fällanden. Around 500 children attend grades 1 to 6 here. Also integrated into the Lätten school building are seven kindergartens.
We look forward to receiving applications from candidates who
- Hold a teaching diploma recognised in Switzerland for primary level. Ideally, you have a Master of Arts in Special Needs Education (HfH)
- Have high social competence and the ability to work in a team
- Are resilient and flexible
- Actively participate in the interdisciplinary team
- Attend further training and conferences and enjoy working with children and parents from different cultures
