You appreciate an independent and responsible role in a professional environment. Thanks to your precise way of working, your flexibility and your strong organisational skills, you keep an overview even in demanding situations.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Support in the management and organisation of the notarial secretariat
• Drafting contracts in real estate, inheritance and company law
• Contact person for clients, authorities, banks and external partners
• Writing daily correspondence
• General administrative tasks in the law office operation

To be able to bring in all your energy, you bring the following:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in notarial or land registry work is essential for this position
• Discreet, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (native speaker or level C2)
• Very good MS Office skills
