Service Dispatcher Climate
This is how you provide great support for our service technicians:
- Your coordination talent is in demand when you create deployment plans for the technicians
- You are always up to date when you open and schedule service orders - and finally check the timely execution
- You always have an overview because you are responsible for the timely scheduling and execution of revision orders
- You pay special attention to the electronically received work reports, which you continuously process
- To keep our systems always up-to-date, you regularly maintain and open master data
For our shared success, you bring:
- A completed technical or commercial training with a strong affinity for the other discipline
- Preferably already professional experience in a comparable position
- High self-responsibility and good communication
- German skills, French and/or English skills are an advantage
- SAP knowledge
