CRM & Community Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You develop customer loyalty measures and manage the company’s own community platform
You steer the technical and functional development of the platform together with specialist departments, agencies and super users
You further develop CRM measures for registered customers
You analyse reviews, NPS and customer data and prepare regular reportings
You manage external communities and support global markets with CRM and community topics
Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable field
You bring at least 4-5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in CRM
You have experience in customer loyalty and customer development as well as with CRM systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or community platforms like Flarum
You possess strong analytical skills, solid CRM know-how and enjoy working with different stakeholders
You are familiar with social media, digital marketing channels, agile projects and common AI tools for analysis, content and process optimisation
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
